Oak Ridge High School won its first Sacramento Valley Lacrosse Championship (SVLC) with a 14 to 6 victory over Davis High School in the championship game. Oak Ridge finished the regular season with a 6-2 conference record and an overall record of 11-6. Oak Ridge is in the top 5 teams in California for scoring, averaging 14 goals per game as it goes into the North Coast LAX Tournament. Granite Bay, Davis and Jesuit will join Oak Ridge in the NCS Tournament.

As voted on by the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse coaches, John Burke of Oak Ridge High School was chosen as the Conference Coach of the Year. This is Burkes first time for being named Coach of the Year.

As voted on by the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse coaches, Rowan Hart of Davis High School and Hayden Dall of Oak Ridge High School were chosen as the Conference’s Co-Player of the Year. Both Hart and Dall player Attack and were their teams top offensive weapon. Hart had 62 goals and 46 assists during the season while Dall had 50 goals and 18 assists during the season.
