(NAPSI) - What you wear could make a difference in how motivated you feel when working out.

That’s the psychology behind a line of athletic clothing inspired by a popular television show that focuses on fitness.

The BL Body athletic clothing line inspired by NBC’s hit series “The Biggest Loser” uses shaping technology to give anyone who wears it the extra support she needs to feel good and look her best.

Fashion designer Bruno Schiavi created the collection for anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle. The message behind BL Body is empowerment, helping people to change their lives in a positive manner.

While people who are self-conscious about their figures often wear dark muddy colors, the official palette of this collection is bright primary and secondary colors. According to Schiavi, the collection’s vibrant colors encourage wearers to bring light and joy into all areas of their lives and can help motivate their attempts at healthier living. The BL Body athletic collection is available at HSN.com.

From the gym to the hiking trail to the midday weekend coffee date, this collection will support and move with the wearer. The garments feature longer cuts to help conceal any imperfections and added features such as iPod holders, hidden pockets and thumb holes to provide further convenience.

“The fashionable line is both comfortable and slimming, helping people of all sizes feel fabulous about their own bodies,” said “Biggest Loser” contestant Ashley Johnston.

To complement the apparel collection, Schiavi has also developed a line of Shapewear inspired by “The Biggest Loser”—available at Rite Aid. These BL Body products include a High Waist Step-In Shaper that targets tummy, thighs and back, eliminating the “muffin top”; a high-waist brief; a tummy and bust enhancer, which accentuates cleavage while shaping the tummy; and high waist−shaping capri hosiery.
