GRANITE BAY, CA (MPG) - Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the highly successful crafted fast-casual pizza franchise by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, is proud to announce the March 2026 opening of its newest Northern California location in Granite Bay. 

Located at 4060 Douglas Blvd., Suite 101, in the Sierra Oaks Plaza Center, the pizzeria will bring Gemignani’s award-winning pizza styles to the greater Sacramento community in a vibrant, welcoming setting. The new restaurant is currently hiring across all positions and is expected to bring 15 full-time and 25 part-time jobs to the local community.

Franchised and operated by Sandeep and Harjot Gill, longtime Slice House partners with a location in Folsom, Slice House Granite Bay will feature an expansive menu of Gemignani’s acclaimed New York, Sicilian, Grandma and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or whole pizza. 

The menu will also include fresh pastas, wings, salads and options for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian diners. The drink menu will include craft beers and premium wines, in addition to non-alcoholic sodas and juices. The new pizza spot will have indoor seating for 55 people, outdoor patio seating for 12 people and will offer takeout, online ordering, and delivery. It will be open seven days a week – from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
