Placer County Man Sentenced for Stealing Nearly $1.5 Million in COVID-Relief Loans

Jedrek Upton, 45, of Lincoln, was sentenced on June 30 by Senior U.S. District Judge John A. Mendez to one year in prison for stealing nearly 1.5 million of COVID-relief loans.
