Placer County Releases Final Recirculated EIR for Mill Creek Single Family Residential Project

The Placer County Community Development Resource Agency has released the final recirculated environmental impact report for the proposed Mill Creek Single Family Residential Project, a 322-lot single-family development with five parks and a trail in the southeastern Dry Creek–West Placer community.
